Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of Serac Adventure's services and your booking of any tour, trek, safari, or day trip with Serac Adventure, based in Moshi, Tanzania.

Bookings and Deposits

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (typically 30% of the total tour price). The balance is due 30 days before the tour departure date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: deposit forfeited. Cancellations 15–30 days before departure: 50% of total price. Cancellations within 14 days of departure: 100% of total price. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.

Changes to Itineraries

Serac Adventure reserves the right to modify itineraries where necessary due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always endeavour to provide the closest possible alternative.

Health and Fitness

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for the activities booked. Kilimanjaro climbs involve extreme altitude — please consult a physician before booking.

Liability

Serac Adventure acts as an agent for hotels, transport operators, and other service providers. We accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party service providers. Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all Kilimanjaro climbs and recommended for all tours.
